Line 82 boards at Räntmästartrappan, about 100 m from Slussen
As part of the Slussen rebuild, the Djurgården ferry (line 82) berth on the Slussen side moved about 100 metres from its original spot back in 2016. SL now names that stop Räntmästartrappan, so heading only for the Slussen station sign can leave you short of the quay. Building work around Slussen runs until 2028, so the walking route itself may change again.

SL tickets are not valid on southern archipelago lines 17, 18 and 19
Even though they leave from the same Strömkajen quay, Waxholmsbolaget's lines 17, 18 and 19 - the ones heading to the southern archipelago such as Utö and Nämdö via Baggensstäket - do not accept SL tickets. Check the line number before you step aboard and buy a Waxholmsbolaget ticket if needed. The one exception is low season, 14 September to 29 April, when an SL period ticket valid 30 days or more covers the whole network.
