Crossing the strait on a reskort needs the paper receipt
If your ticket sits on a physical Skånetrafiken reskort and you are crossing to Denmark, carry the inspektionskvitto that lists what is on the card. Without it the card is not accepted as a valid ticket and you are exposed to the penalty fare. Print it at a machine in Skåne or get it at a customer centre; the receipt alone is not a ticket.
-
The Danish side works only inside the zones you bought
A cross-border single lets you use Danish public transport only inside område F+L - zones 1, 3 and 4 - from 00:00 to 23:59 on the service day printed on the ticket. Carrying on to the metro or the S-trains counts inside that area; outside it the ticket is not valid, so buy on from DSB.

No capped taxi fare at Malmö Airport
Swedish taxi pricing is deregulated and Malmö Airport has no capped contract fare. You are not obliged to take the first car in the rank, so compare the comparison price - black digits on yellow, for a 10 km, 15 minute trip - before choosing. Ask whether a fixed price applies and check that it is entered in the meter before you set off.
