How to ride

Set up the app

Install Uber or Pathao. SMS verification requires a local SIM or a roaming-capable number.

Enter your destination and pick a ride type

Choose cars (UberX etc.), motorbikes (Moto / Pathao Bike) or CNG. For short or congested trips, bikes are fastest and cheapest.

Verify the vehicle and driver, then board

Always check that the plate number and driver name match the app.

Pay

Pay in cash, or with a card or mobile banking linked in the app. Keep small notes for cash.
