Tap a contactless bank card on the reader at the landing stage - no tap-out, and the same card tops out at EUR 25.00 per 24 hours. A single is EUR 9.50; the EUR 1.50 land-only ticket is not valid on the water.

How to ride

    Tap at the reader before the pontoon
    Hold your ticket or card to the reader at the entrance before stepping onto the floating pontoon.

    No ticket? Tap a bank card
    Tap a contactless bank card straight on the reader - on the boats you do not need to tap out.

    Check for the green screen and beep
    The gate opening is not proof your ticket registered - always wait for the green screen and the beep.

    Buy ahead at a machine, an office or in the app
    There are ticket machines at the main landing stages; sales offices, the official app and WhatsApp sell tickets too.

    Buying on board - ask the deckhand
    Ask the deckhand as you board. Card payment only - no cash - and the ticket is handed over already validated.
  6. 6
    Tap again at every change of boat
    Changing to another boat, or to a bus or tram, means holding your ticket to the reader again, even inside the time window.

  • Some boat lines take no Actv ticket

    Actv tickets and passes are not valid on navigation lines 16 and 19, the Casino shuttle or any Alilaguna line. Even with a 1-day or 7-day pass in your pocket, you buy a separate ticket to board those boats.
