Heads-up
-
Buying in the app does not validate the ticket
Buying in the app is not enough - you are still fare-dodging until you open the Wallet, pick the ticket and tap to validate it before boarding. Updating or reinstalling the app while a ticket is in use wipes the validated ticket.
-
A whole wallet at the reader charges the wrong card
Do not hold a wallet or a bag against the reader. One universal reader handles season-ticket cards and bank cards alike, so several cards at once means either nothing is read or the wrong card is charged.
-
Folding bikes ride free only when folded shut
A folding bike or an electric scooter may only be carried on a bus or trolleybus when it is folded shut, one per passenger, and no larger than 80 x 110 x 40 cm when closed. There is no charge for it.
