Rodalies and FGC singles are locked to the operator that sold them - no transfers to metro, bus or tram. Through journeys need an integrated ATM ticket such as T-casual. Validate before boarding and at every change.

How to ride
- 1Buy your ticket at the station firstBuy at your departure station before boarding - nothing is sold on the train. If nobody is there, the intercom reaches an agent.
- 2Validate at the gate on the way inA T-mobilitat card taps on the reader; a Rodalies single is still a magnetic ticket, so it goes into the slot in the gate.
- 3Validate again at every transferEvery time you change to another line or another operator, validate the integrated ticket again.
- 4Keep the ticket until you leave the stationSome stations have exit gates, so you need the ticket to get out - and inspectors may ask to see it.

Even with an integrated ticket, validate every transfer
Holding an integrated ticket is not enough - if you skip the validation when you change, you are treated as travelling unvalidated. What you owe then is the price of a one-zone single, separate from the 100-euro penalty for having no ticket at all. It is easiest to forget when you transfer from a platform with no gates.
