One zone-based ticket covers the metro, trains, buses and harbour boats. With no gates and no contactless, buy it in an app or at a machine before you set off.
Harbour Bus (Havnebus, lines 991/992/993)
The yellow harbour buses are ordinary public transport, not a sightseeing cruise: every quay is in zone 1, so a standard two-zone ticket gets you aboard. No gates, no contactless tap, and cash only on board.

Winter timetable from 18 October
The current summer timetable runs only to 17 October. From 18 October the last weekday sailing moves back to 20:00 from Orientkaj and weekend service drops to every 45 minutes, so check the date if you are counting on the boat to get back at night.
How to ride
- 1Work out whether you want 991 or 992Line 991 sails south, from Orientkaj to Teglholmen; line 992 sails north. Both directions leave from the same quay.
- 2Buy before you boardBuy it in the Rejsebillet app, or at a ticket machine or staffed sales outlet - the machines are only at train and metro stations.
- 3With cash only, buy on boardThe crew sells tickets for cash on board - but only for as long as they still have change.
- 4Swipe in with the Rejsekort app or a BasiskortThere are no validators; time-based tickets are valid from purchase. Only the Rejsekort app and Basiskort swipe in and out.
- 5If the boat is full, wait for the next oneCapacity is 80. On a sunny summer weekend you may not get on - the next boat is 30 minutes later, an hour on weekday evenings.
- 6Board and step off via the rampThe ramp is the only way on and off; it is wide enough for a wheelchair, and bikes come aboard as they are.

Showing the ticket later will not cancel the fine
If you cannot produce a valid ticket when inspectors ask, showing the right one afterwards will not get the fine cancelled. Screenshots and photos of tickets are not accepted, and a dead or broken phone counts the same as having no ticket at all.
