Uppsala
Sweden's oldest university and largest cathedral. Off the airport line, one UL fare rides anywhere for 75 minutes.
One app, UL, is all you need — nowhere in town takes a bank-card tap. Buses and trains share UL tickets: on UL routes the fare is the same however far you go, with 75 minutes of transfers. Trains sell nothing on board — buy and activate before departure; bus drivers sell tickets but take no cash. The airport is Arlanda: bus 801 avoids the station passage fee, and UL period tickets of 24 hours or more ride it at no extra cost; the train is fast but adds the fee at 18 or over. No bike-share — only licensed kick-scooters; bikes come from shops.
